Things are really progressing inside our redevelopment of 246 Queen Street. The new escalator linking Queen and Lorne Streets has gone in this week whilst the glass on the new interior lightwell through the commercial floors is up to level 5 already. We are getting to the point where we can really see the vision that Fearon Hay had for this iconic 1960's building. The mix of old and new will make this building very unique.
