Wilshire is carrying out the development management of a 54 home site neighbouring the Avondale Racecourse and facing a tributary to the Whau River.  

The development cleverly utilises a difficult site with considerable physical constraints to create great outcomes. The masterplan includes a private road with a Homezone philosophy, requiring carefully considered landscape and urban design. The design takes advantage of the contours of the site and the reserve, as well as the Whau River and its tributary to the north-west.

 There are 3 different home types, to accommodate a variety of end users including a portion of affordable 2 bedroom homes. 

Resource Consent is granted and civil works are nearing completion.
