Wilshire are very proud to announce our success at this year's Property Industry Awards. Richmond Stage 1 was awarded Merit in the Natural Habitats Urban Land Developments category.

Richmond 1 cleverly uses the two central pocket parks to bring together the surrounding 99 homes. With rolling lawns, creative landscaping to encourage children's play, shared herb gardens and fruit trees, the parks act as an extension of the residents outdoor living areas.
