Simone Horrobin joins as new Development Manager
Simone Horrobin joins Wilshire Group as Development Manager and has over 10 years’ experience in private and public sector property development.
Simone’s previous roles enabled her to extend her skills in residential, commercial, retail, mixed use and mixed tenure development. She most recently worked for Todd Property Group Limited for four years, managing commercial, and residential development projects.
Prior to Todd Property, Simone held the role of Senior Development Manager at Housing New Zealand where she was responsible for the entire development process of a broad range of projects and led the contracting and negotiating part of Housing New Zealand’s Christchurch Recovery Plan.

Eric Joe joins as new Commercial Manager.
Eric Joe joins Wilshire Group as Commercial Manager having for the past 15 years worked for Tainui Group Holdings (TGH) based in Hamilton.
During his time at TGH Eric held various accountancy and finance roles most recently as Project Finance Manager where he has worked on strategically important projects for the Waikato Tainui iwi including Ruakura Inland Port and Logistics development, Rotokauri residential subdivision and Novotel Hamilton Hotel expansion.
