The opening of our latest show home at Richmond last weekend saw over 65 groups come visit with a great mix of owners, purchasers and house hunters keen to see the first home completed.
The development has been enthusiastically received by home-buyers so far, with more than 95% of stage one homes having been sold. A further 50 per cent of its Richmond 6 precinct have also been snapped up, with only 12 terrace houses still available and a selection of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.
Designed over seven distinct precincts, the latest showhome will showcase the style of Richmond 6, that includes 1-2 bedroom apartments from $560,000 and 2-3 bedroom terraces from $699,000.
Richmond is set to have more than 500 terraces and apartments when completed. Each precinct is designed independently within an overarching masterplan with interconnecting, slow speed streets and walkways connecting community green spaces, a gym and other planned community amenities.
Created with modern living in mind, each residence features high quality fit-outs including Bosch appliances, 30mm engineered stone benches and soft close cabinetry. Dwellings have been sustainably designed with double glazing, LED lighting, water conserving plumbing and natural ventilation. A 15amp plug for charging electric cars has also been fitted in every garage.
Christie Wrightson, sales manager at Wilshire Group, says: “The consumer demand for the first stage of the development has been incredibly high, so we are delighted to be coming up to the completion of the next stage of homes in Richmond, starting with the opening of our new showhome.“ We have worked hard to develop a neighbourhood that’s not only affordable but gives our buyers that real community feel - that’s why we have incorporated elements such as pocket parks, herb gardens and slow speed streets into our masterplan. We look forward to watching Richmond flourish into a bustling community.”
As each stage of Richmond develops, new architecturally designed homes will be added to the community, ideal for couples, families and downsizers.
The showhome will be open from Saturday 4 May and available to view daily between 11am - 2pm at 4 Tahuhu Road, Richmond, Mt Wellington. Find out more at richmondauckland.co.nz
