Throughout our latest precinct, Richmond 6, the buildings are coming out of the ground quickly!

Its been a busy week out on site, our first apartment building has its precast concrete walls getting craned in which is already transforming the feeling of the entrance to Richmond.

Richmond 6 is now officially on the market! Our fantastic new display suite is open daily 11-2pm at the end of Tahuhu Road in Richmond Mt Wellington. The team from Bayleys; Julie, Ellis and Paula would love to run you through this latest stage to be released.

Wilshire are very proud to announce our success at this year's Property Industry Awards. Richmond Stage 1 was awarded Merit in the Natural Habitats Urban Land Developments category.

Construction is underway on our latest precinct – Richmond 6. With 68 one and two bedroom apartments, and two – four bedroom terraces underway, there will be a large range of product and prices available.

The scaffolding has come down on almost half the homes, giving a much better idea of how Richmond will look.
