Construction for the first stage of houses for Wilshire's latest development at Richmond, The Secret Garden, began last month, with already visible framing up onsite. There is a lot of action happening at present with earthworks and civils processing well to form internal roads and services.

Wilshire is excited to announce Richmond's newest precinct, The Secret Garden, which is a selection of two to four bedroom architecturally designed terrace homes connected to a lush green oasis, within a thoughtfully planned and connected community.

Richmond 6 Settles

Wilshire celebrated the settling of 43 homes at the recently completed Richmond 6 stage by hosting a coffee cart in the pocket park, so that all new residents could meet owners from the previous phase. Great to see so many furry friends around too!

Things are really progressing inside our redevelopment of 246 Queen Street. The new escalator linking Queen and Lorne Streets has gone in this week whilst the glass on the new interior lightwell through the commercial floors is up to level 5 already.

Construction is well underway on site with all areas stripped back to base build. The new escalator area has been cut that will link Queen and Lorne Streets and the base of the central light-well removed to pull light throughout the heart of the building.
